ngFWA Tarana MCMC POC
Project Overview:
The Malaysia Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) and Telnet are presently engaged in a Proof of Concept to utilise Tarana's Next Generation Fixed Wireless Access (ngFWA) technology in Pontian and Sedenak, located in the state of Johor, Malaysia. This pivotal initiative aims to address the essential communication needs and facilitate internet access for underserved communities in both Pontian and Sedenak. Through meticulous planning and deployment, MCMC and Telnet are committed to bridging the digital divide and fostering connectivity in these geographically isolated areas, thereby contributing to the socio-economic development of the region.
